“It was an amazing day and our guide Steve was extremely knowledgeable about K'gari sharing many stories. Sometimes it was difficult to hear with people (kids) chatting. The sites were spectacular, I just wish at Eli Creek we had a floating device so if you do the day trip take your own. I was surprised how much is loved the Shipwreck, just amazing. “An interesting trip, our guide Paul was friendly and knowledgeable although at times it would have helped to know timings between locations. The tents at night were extremely hot and there were differing messages between what was provided and not - ie. Pillow not provided although some literature did not highlight this and sleeping bags were provided although some literature stated there may be a rental fee for them. There was also an indication that there were free cold shower or hot showers for a fee - this was incorrect, only with a $2 coin could you have a shower.
