“Transport from Melbourne City (about 1 hour 20 mins) was excellent. our guide, Ricky had brilliant local knowledge and gave us loads of interesting information along the way. The spa was excellent too. Yon can rent towels, lockers and bath robes (definitely get them in the winter months). The pools and other attractions were spotlessly clean. Hot pools were gorgeous. plenty of variety with attractive views. Cafe on site too. we took a packed lunch but hot and cold food is available from the cafe, together with tea, coffee and cakes. Free hot showers and spacious changing facilities (including disabled and family changing). A really relaxing few hours. Recommended.”

“. Fabulous and not crowded. Five grandchildren ,,two from Sydney, all over 18 , went without me as a holiday treat while staying at an Arthur’s Seat holiday house. They had lunch at your facility and were so grateful I’d arranged this for them. It was a highlight of their holiday, and I’’m comparing galleries, ACMI, IMAX, dumpling restaurants in Chinatown, Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron. I always bring visitors to your Hot Springs!”

“Great experience at a very reasonable cost. The hot springs are the highlight of this trip (4 hrs), but the gondola and quick stop at the beach boxes are also fun and iconic things to do while in Melbourne. Kyle is a fantastic guide, and Polly went out of her way to help us with our last minute booking. Highly recommend!”

“Very cool experience! We took the entire family with kids aging from 10-16 and everyone enjoyed it. The only negative I’d have to mention would be needing more time at the Hot Springs. You have 3 hours, but I feel that 4 hours would be better. We felt rushed at the end to grab some lunch at one of the cafes before having to change & be back at the bus for departure. Therefore, only giving you about 2 hours to enjoy in the pools.”

“Friendly guide and good hot springs though felt too long. Would be good to have more history and commentary for the rest of the tour vs simply the Melbourne. Furthermore, wifi wasn't working and though the guide said it was possible to upgrade your regular package, the hot springs staff said that is not true.”
