“Wonderful experience! Well worth the time. Jimmy was fantastic as a chef and a tour guide! We started in the Sydney fish market and then go to Hunter Valley, about a 2hr drive. We visited 3 wineries and a chocolate factory. Jimmy made some gourmet small plates to go with with every wine we tasted at the second and third wineries. We got to all 15 people, everyone from a different country! We were all friends by the end of the tour! Fantastic experience!”

“Wine tasting tour was awesome! We did two wineries and did a chocolate and cheese tasting - all were phenomenal! We also got to meet a koala and feed kangaroos. Our guide, Sam, was fantastic! So kind and knowledgable. He chose two wineries based on what he thought our group would enjoy and both were amazing. 10/10 would do this tour again!”

“We were picked up by Andy bang on time, greeted warmly and introduced to the other participants. We had an excellent day, visiting 5 different wine tasting venues, including a wine/chocolate pairing and a wine/cheese pairing, both of which were excellent and educational. As the day progressed all members of the party loosened up more and more, and we had a thoroughly good day. (not least because of the company- thank you guys). The lunch provided was really good and very generous. All of the wineries gave interesting and informative tastings, and everyone was friendly. Andy, whilst being funny and entertaining, obviously knew his stuff and we all came away…”
