“Wonderful experience! Well worth the time. Jimmy was fantastic as a chef and a tour guide! We started in the Sydney fish market and then go to Hunter Valley, about a 2hr drive. We visited 3 wineries and a chocolate factory. Jimmy made some gourmet small plates to go with with every wine we tasted at the second and third wineries. We got to all 15 people, everyone from a different country! We were all friends by the end of the tour! Fantastic experience!”

“Wine tasting tour was awesome! We did two wineries and did a chocolate and cheese tasting - all were phenomenal! We also got to meet a koala and feed kangaroos. Our guide, Sam, was fantastic! So kind and knowledgable. He chose two wineries based on what he thought our group would enjoy and both were amazing. 10/10 would do this tour again!”
