I personally could have done without visits to the cheese store, the honey store, and the candy store, although some people like those stops and it helps the local economy.”

“Wonderful experience! Well worth the time. Jimmy was fantastic as a chef and a tour guide! We started in the Sydney fish market and then go to Hunter Valley, about a 2hr drive. We visited 3 wineries and a chocolate factory. Jimmy made some gourmet small plates to go with with every wine we tasted at the second and third wineries. We got to all 15 people, everyone from a different country! We were all friends by the end of the tour! Fantastic experience!”
