“Transport from Melbourne City (about 1 hour 20 mins) was excellent. our guide, Ricky had brilliant local knowledge and gave us loads of interesting information along the way. The spa was excellent too. Yon can rent towels, lockers and bath robes (definitely get them in the winter months). The pools and other attractions were spotlessly clean. Hot pools were gorgeous. plenty of variety with attractive views. Cafe on site too. we took a packed lunch but hot and cold food is available from the cafe, together with tea, coffee and cakes. Free hot showers and spacious changing facilities (including disabled and family changing). A really relaxing few hours. Recommended.”

They had lunch at your facility and were so grateful I’d arranged this for them. “We visited deep blue on a trip to Australia from United States to visit our brother. Deep blue spa did not give me any pain or stress relief, not like the hot springs in sorrento where we were not time crunched into just 2 hours. It’s cheaper, of course you get what you pay for!”

“Great experience at a very reasonable cost. The hot springs are the highlight of this trip (4 hrs), but the gondola and quick stop at the beach boxes are also fun and iconic things to do while in Melbourne. Kyle is a fantastic guide, and Polly went out of her way to help us with our last minute booking. Highly recommend!”

“Very cool experience! We took the entire family with kids aging from 10-16 and everyone enjoyed it. The only negative I’d have to mention would be needing more time at the Hot Springs. You have 3 hours, but I feel that 4 hours would be better. We felt rushed at the end to grab some lunch at one of the cafes before having to change & be back at the bus for departure. Therefore, only giving you about 2 hours to enjoy in the pools.”

A Birds Eye view from Arthur’s seat, a winery a a culinary expedience, relaxing at the hot springs and a quiet return to the city’s evening lights. Perry our driver was brilliant and his caring and passionate nature completed this tour. It was lovely to meet him.”

“There was a stuff up with the dates. i booked for 3rd Jan on 12th Dec but it was booked for 12th Dec. The reception lady didnt know how to fix it. on the day instructions werent clear as it was our first time.We werent told we could bring our own towels and bath robes it just said bring bathers ,waterproof foot wear and water bottles. A bit more details on parking would have helped. there are few parkings we parked near the accomodations and walked.”
