“We had a great time with our guide Steve, who was super knowledgeable not only about the zoo itself, but also about the things we saw along the way, and had a great sense of humor. His own route through the zoo is also highly recommendable. The zoo itself is great as described, feeding Kangaroos and the Croc Show with Robert Irwin himself were probably the highlights. Upon Steve‘s recommendation we ended up at the Felon‘s Brewery here in Brisbane after our trip, and we loved that as well! Definitely recommend this event!”

My flight was late, but I was outside well before my scheduled time. I was polite as possible explaining that I had been traveling for over 30 hours and needed to get to my hotel. I was told I needed to wait for the next flight to arrive e and get bags which was estimated at one hour longer. I asked if I would get a refund if I made other transfer arrangements. “Didn't have instructions about finding the bus at Brisbane airport, so asked at the shuttle bus kiosk and was told where to find it. Good trip to the hotel, with brief stopover at depot to transfer from larger bus to smaller one.”
