“At first, we wanted to cancel this booking because we thought our trip to Sydney was too short. Eventually, we managed to visit the city and join this tour. Unfortunately, we were unlucky—the day was extremely cloudy and foggy, and we could barely see anything. Only small parts of those beautiful views were visible during our visit. However, our tour leader and driver (Scott, if I recall correctly) was amazing. He was very optimistic, fun, and kind. “Absolutely loved my visit to toronga, i definitely suggest a bus ride from ferry to the top and work your way down it is so much easier and you aren’t walking up hill to walk back down, There was so much to see glad i downloaded the app for the maps and information but they also have maps at multiple points in the zoo, I watched the seal talk and it was so good(got slightly wet 😂) i highly recommend,”

“Great value - enjoyable experience on the private ferry with beautiful views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. Zoo was great with shows at the aviation and seal areas, good food, and beautiful enclosures with the great variety of animals. Being in the kangaroos’ and wallabies’ environment was a nice way to provide us all a closer experience with them, unlike other zoos we’ve been to.”

“I enjoyed the zoo and appreciated how close we could get to many of the animals. However, the space is very limited, which made it less appealing and more crowded with people. . . but still a good activity. I got many good pictures of koalas and kangaroos. . .and would have preferred that the many snakes not be there.”

“Our private tour when the Zoo opened was a perfect introduction to the many exhibits and allowed us to see many animals while they were still active in the morning without the crowds. The guides were wonderful. The Zoo itself is a treasure. The views of Sydney, especially from the Wild Bird Show theater (a great program btw), are spectacular. Tip: The zoo is on three levels, but there are helpful lifts and escalators available as you go up and down. Overall, a must see experience at one of the world’s best zoos.”

Views were great of the blue mountains with 3 experiences in 1. Train, cable car rides. Visiting the waterfall and animal park was a bonus. Well worth the money. I was on the go for over 12 hours, so loads of walking so not ideal for people with disabilities and over a certain age.”

“I took my 19 year old daughter and we both had a great time. Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging and accommodating. It was an off/on rainy afternoon, but no problem at all with umbrellas. We arrived a little early and our guide was happy to start right away and give us a little extra time. She dropped us off at the end to catch the bird show. We enjoyed Taronga Zoo, the special emphasis on the animals of Australia and especially the tour with Kathy!”

“It’s a short bus ride to a place hemnomenal zoo. The walk around the zoo can be a bit hectic if you’re not In shape, but is generally manageable. Directions to get on the ferry were a bit Difficult but I managed to get It straight. Really fun trip.”
